Human resources

  • Soundly managed human resources starts with a hiring contract in which the work conditions, the salary and, more importantly, the duties are stipulated.
  • Then, it is important to have an employee file for each of the employees.
    • This file will be of great help if, one day, the employer decides to end the working relationship.

  • Many employers are not aware that, before firing an employee, they must demonstrate that there have been increasing reprimands.

The evaluations, the work absences, misbehaviours and insubordination cases must be collected in the employee’s file. If this is not done, the employer could be sued for wrongful dismissal.
